Problem with screen shaking when using TV-Out

I have a Inspiron E1705 with Intel Graphics Media onboard video card. Everything works well except I have always had a problem with the screen shaking on the TV when I use the tv-out function with S-video. There would be times when the screen won't shake at all, but that's pretty rare. I've tried it on 3 different TVs so I'm sure it's not my TV that's causing this.
