If you bought it from Best Buy, have them replace the fan under warranty.

What do you mean they can't replace it? Nonsense! Your system is still in the warranty, so demand that they send out a technician to replace it for you.

That'll depend on where it was purchased.  Systems purchased at Best Buy are serviced through Best Buy, not Dell.
