Hi RenatoJr,
Welcome to the Community,
Did both system have the same version of Windows Operating system ? Example Windows Vista or Windows 7.
Try the below step and see if it helps to fix the issue:
Download and install the Latest Available BIOS revision for the system.
Use the link below to update BIOS for Inspiron 1525
www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats
After updating BIOS try to verify and see if it works.

Renato,
Since the hard drive was from another computer, Windows Update is finding that the Microsoft License does not belong to this computer.
You have to use the Dell OEM Disks to reinstall the operating system. Make sure to make copies of files and folders that you cannot afford to lose.
