Project to a second screen

I own M3800 workstation. Overall an outstanding machine. Recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.

I have an issue though. My brother used his Lenovo to connect to my Samsung TV without connecting HDMI cable. He simply changed TV source to Screen Mirroring and used Project to a second screen tool on Windows and his laptop connected to my TV. We used TV as a second screen and streamed a movie to my TV without connecting HDMI cable to his laptop. I tried the same and it doesn't work.

On my keyboard F8 key has a function of Project to a second display. I also learnt Windows + P also brings out sidebar for Project option (same as pressing F8). My TV shows up under connected devices in device settings. But I just cant project the same way my brother's Lenovo does.

Display adapter is Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Compatible with wireless display)

Wireless adapter is Dell Wireless 1560

Is there something in settings that I need to make changes? Is there a compatibility issue?
