Proxy server not responding
I cannot access the internet all of a sudden. I keep getting the following message:
1. Check your proxy settings. From settings charm, go to change PC settings, network, proxy
2. Make sure firewall settings aren't blocking web access.
3. Ask system administrator for help.
Never had had this problem until now. Does anyone know what to do?

Proxy servers are generally set by:
1. Internet security suites (Norton, McAfee/Intel, etc.). If you're running one of those, check the setting internal to the program.
2. Malware or spyware. The actual setting will be in your browser and vary depending on which browser your're using. To remove the server setting, consult the help system inside your browser.
Once that's done, run a full malware scan.
