This seems to be an issue with Dell Quickset driver. Click on the link http://dell.to/11iojrK -> type the service tag of the computer -> choose the operating system -> expand Applications to download and install dell Quickset application.
Thank you for your prompt and quick response. I did as you said and my computer informed me after downloading the driver that I already had a newer version so I removed it and downloaded the one off of the dell website and it fixed my problem. Once again I would like to say thank you for help and have a nice day.
