Quickset app
Recently the backlight on my keyboard refused to work despite the fact that it was on in the mobility center, I've tried to update the quickset application to see if that will fix the problem but every I try to install it, it says, operation unsuccessful, I'm using an inspiron 15 5545 with the service tag of
0 events found
No Events found!

Request you to please use this link http://dell.to/1Iv6QXj to install the Dell Quickset application (Windows 7 64-Bit & Windows 8.1 64-Bit OS). If you get any error message please, provide us a screen shot of the error.
Please reply if you have any further questions.

Hi MrBetnon,
Please uninstall the Dell Quickset application from program and features and then install the initial release of the application using this link http://dell.to/1CYSMmM. Let us know the status when you install.
Please reply if you have any further questions.

It appears that the downloaded file is corrupt. Please try downloading the file again and keep us updated.

I think the previous browser I used has a problem I redownloaded the update file with another browser and it worked well, but the backlight is still off

It's back on, I think someone must have moved the keyboard in a way, thanks for your help tho I really appreciate it
