Quickset will not load?

Can someone help.  I have the Latitude D400.  I launch Quickset and it is listed in the task manager as running but the actual program does not come up??
 
Any suggestions?

you could try to end it and start it again... it may not pop up on the screen, but rather stay in the taskbar. also look for more than one appearance of the program in the task manager as this is a sign of the program crashing. again, just end and start it again
