Reboot and select poper boot device ...

Basically what happened was, i accidently dropped my laptop on the floor. It wasnt from a high level i was already sitting on thr floor when it dropped. Then like 10 secs straight after it came up with a blue screen, and it said something like "Sorry :( Rebooting system" im not sure what it exactly said but it was something along those lines. It then restarted my DELL Windows 8 Laptop and all this came up "Intel UNDI PXE -2. 1 (build 083) Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation. This product is covered by one or more of the following patents: US5 307 459 US5 434 872 IS5 732 094 US6 570 884 US6 115 776 and US6 327 625, Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller series v2. 46 (12/30/11) PXE E61 Media test failure, check cable. PXE MOF Exiting PXE ROM. Reboot and select proper boot device or  Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key." Im really scared what going to happen to my laptop as this is the second time it might go for repair. I would really appreciate it if i got some help ASAP and probably a step by step guide to help resolve this situation. I do not have any CD's unfourtunately so please help me :(

Boot to the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup) and you'll likely find you killed the hard drive.

If so, you'll need to contact Dell for a set of recovery media

http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/w/microsoft_os/476.2-0-requesting-a-microsoft-windows-reinstallation-cddvd-from-dell.aspx

and then purchase a new 2.5" SATA notebook drive - 7- or 9.5 mm height.

If the system powers up otherwise, it's likely it's just the hard drive.  You will need to reload the OS on the replacement drive (which is why you'll need a set of recovery media).
