RECURRING PROBLEM WHILE ONLINE - ERROR MESSAGE
INSPIRON 1300
Internet Explorer 6.0
The following message appears
"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close..."
Checked for viruses but didn't find any... I wonder what can be wrong.

You do not give nearly enough information to help you diagnose the issue.
What was on the web page that may interfere with IE?
Flash?
Real Audio?
It could be related to a bad plugin for IE.
Something may be corrupt in IE.
What web page does it crash on?
Does IE even load the page? Part of the page?
Give as much detail as you can.

Sorry it took so long..last nidht I responded, but it froze as it was sending my reply :smileysad:

Not particularly

Different ones, newspapers, my Yahoo...

I'll try to pay more attention, but it happens ramdomly..

I see you're listing this laptop components, so I wonder if there is anything to look for specifically,
or just go on MS website and download IExplorer 7?
