ok, I checked the hdd! there is no recoverpartition left! problem now: i can't find the recovery dvd, actually I am sure there was nur recovery! :( any idea if can download windows 7 form dell as a recovery? or the recovery dvd?
Follow my guide and download the .iso from digital river. You will need to use the product key on your COA and activate by phone. The download is in the Microsoft Downloads wiki (also below). The clean install of Windows 7 should take you to it and any other necessary downloads.
Hopefully Dell will make official Dell ones as I have requested in Dell IdeaStorm, it is under review, if you have time add your vote to it.

My method to install via DVD or USB will work. The clean install of Window 7/Windows Vista guide takes you trough every step if going by this method.

emi,
Try tapping F8 when you start the computer.
Did you make the Windows 7 - IMPORTANT Windows 7 Backup Disks to create? If so, then...
Restoring Your Dell Computer to Original Factory Installation with Dell DataSafe Local Backup 2.0
or you can try...
Restoring Your Computer´s Software to the Factory Settings

Yeah
• x64 = 64 bit
• x86 = 32 bit
Note I cannot find the drivers and download pages for your model so copy C:\Dell\Drivers and C:\Drivers to an external hard drive as you'll need them.
