That's what I need too. Hard drive died and needs replaced. No Reinstallation discs and the link on Dell's website to get them posted to you doesn't seem to work for the UK, only for USA addresses.
"If you are missing any of the required media for software provided by Dell, click here and fill out the form that appears to request replacement media. Dell will provide you with the most up-to-date versions of the drivers and software for your computer."

Dell no longer omits the OS cd/dvd and you are entitled to receive a free one from Dell. Go to this page to order it.
