Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Controller stopped working (error code 10)
Hi, I have an Inspiron 17R N7110 laptop. Just recently, my Host Controller stopped working. I had 4 USB ports, now only two are working. I have uninstalled the root hubs as well as the software for Renesas. I went to Dell Product Support and downloaded the driver. I installed it and rebooted. Nothing has changed. I am still down 2 USB ports. It tells me that the driver is up to date but that it cannot start (Code 10). I downloaded the Dell USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver and it tried to repair Renesas. Still nothing. Then I downloaded Renesas USB3.0 Host Controller Driver. It also tried to repair it, but still nothing. P L E A S E !! Can someone help me?
