Replace Keyboard Latitude C610

I want to replace a damaged keyboard on a Latitude C610 laptop. I'm located in Dublin, Ireland and have a 3Y NBD contract. Does this contract cover getting someone out next day and paying a fee for the work donw or will I need to return to Dell.
Either way how can I get it replaced I cannot get a telephone number to contact anyone in technical support and seem to be in a loop going around the dell website!

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
 
If you go to www.dell.com, and you choose Ireland from the dropdown menu at the top of the page, and then click on Contact, you will get numbers to call Technical Support, as well as links to send Dell Technical Support an email.
 
I am not completely up to date on support in Ireland, but I believe that NBD should mean onsite service.
