Replace Latitude E6430 screen with a higher resolution one

Hi guys,

I recently bought a used Dell Latitude E6430. Unfortunately, the screen was worse than from the description (it has some darker spots that totally annoy me). Therefore I want to replace it and found that the GJ475 part would be the correct component. It comes however only with the 1366x768 resolution I currently have.

Now I am wondering whether I could also buy the higher resolution screen (1600x900). Can anyone tell me if that would work when the laptop came with a lower original resolution and what the correct part number would be?
