It sounds like the drivers weren't reinstalled?  Use the 'Drivers & Utilities' disc you got with the laptop, to reinstall them.

Alternatively, click the 'Drivers & Downloads' link at the bottom of this page (under 'Support'), and download the latest drivers.

Then install them in this order :emotion-5:
