Screen brightness doesn't adjust
I recently restored my laptop using the Dell factory restore. Now the screen brightness no longer adjusts. When I press the F4 or F5 the brightness adjustment appears on screen and increases or decreases accordingly but the brightness itself never changes. How do I fix this? It's an XPS 17 (L702x).

Yes the brightness adjustment meter appears on screen the brightness of the screen just doesn't actually change.
