Screen is White

Ok, I got a problem that I can't solve myself.

My screen is white, always. it turns white when I turn the computer on and stays white untill I turn it off. The backlight seems to work and so does the screen cause it is white. I first thought it was the grahics card but I can plug in an external monitor and that one works. The rest of the computer seems to work fine.

What is the problem. I have changed videobios and video driver but that didn't help. It all happened when I was surfing the internet. Didn't do anything but sit and read an article when everything just turned white. I hope someone can give me a hit on what is wrong.

Even in Bios? when in starts up press F2 if the problem exists there then its clearly a physical problem with your lcd you should contact technical support immedietly and have it sent for repairs if your warrenty permits

I think they have a patch for that.  Well its for Inspiron 8100 systems. Guess it couldn't hurt to try...
