Screen with blur/stain regions

I just received my new Dell ultrabook xps 14, and I was really worried when I saw the blur in the screen.

If you look the notebook from the side (image) you can see the dark regions. But when you look the screen normally, if you pay attention, you can notice the colors more lighter (like a white filter).

Is this considered a damaged product? Can I change my notebook for a new one?
