Call the regular support number listed on the sticker on your machine. The technician will walk you through some troubleshooting, and dispatch a technical support person if an onsite repair is needed.
I haven o such sticker. I'm assuming it'd be on the bottom no? All I have is the Windows OS validation sticker thingy and the service express code numbers sticker on the bottom along with a list of patents printed alongside teh bottom of the laptop.

Yeah I would think so. Don't know how to call a 800 # or any number out of my area without it.
