Several problems on Latitude E6410

So, I got this laptop few months ago, and I've been having several problems with it

• The first issue I had with it was the sudden malfunction of the number keys on the keyboard, the only ones that work are 5 and 6. Also from time to time the lower-side keys don't work either, tried to restart the drivers to no avail
• Something inside has been being noisy all of the sudden, I've had enough care with it to know it wasn't my fault, and I don't really know what it is, what takes me to the third point...
• Speakers stopped working shortly later of hearing loud noises from inside my laptop, I don't know if it's the speakers or something else.

On a side note, the two last issues happened after upgrading my laptop to Windows 10, I don't know if it's relevant
