Shuttin down & overheating
Hello everyone,
Sorry if my explanation are not always clear English, but I am French.
Well, my trouble is that since 2 month my Laptop SmartPC 250N XP SP2 is shutting down two or three time a day without any error message & it can be restart without any message too and run after that may be 8 hours without any trouble.
Note : No message in the XP event too.
I think it could be a cooling problem (CPU overheating), because I notice that the fan is sometime running down before the Computer is shutting down.
Could you say me if there is a link for a software that could perform a processor temperature metering & or monitoring.
Already done : Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Drivers Update etc...
Thanks

Thanks,
I have blown inside the FAN grille with a air compressor gun, and it is now perfect, not more van 37°C F98° after many hours and 100% load.
