There are 3 users on my laptop. Two of the user screens "boot up" sideways-vertical. The other user screen "boots up" normally. Any ideas?

If it is Intel HD graphics, someone may have pressed the "hot keys", (I think control plus the arrow keys), which rotated the screen. Control+Up arrow should fix the issue.
