Start up problem when on Battery Power
I have a dell C610 that when I try to boot from a fully charged battery, it will start to boot, but than stop and stay shut down, if I connect the AC power, and attempt to boot, it will try to start again and than just keep flashing the start up LEDs for a few seconds but never completing the boot cycle, if at this point I remove the battery, this system will finish the boot and start up ok. Now I can re-insert the battery and disconnect the AC power and work of the battery for up to two hours without problems, unless I attempt to shut down or restart while running of the battery. Any ideas what may be causing this??? Or any known work-around for this issue.

Thank you for using Dell's Community Forum.
It sounds like it could be some sort of grounding issue; maybe your motherboard is causing this.
You should contact us in regard to a repair.
