stripped screws
hey i was trying to open up my inspiron 5150 and one of the screws for the modem was stripped. do you guys have any advice on how to get this thing out? im really just trying to get to the system board where the soundcard is, but the instructions claim i have to take out the modem as a preliminary step. im not sure if i really have to do that or if i can skip that step. thanks

No you wouldn't have to remove the modem. You could potentially remove the mb without removing the modem. If you ever needed to remove it, you'd probably have to get a set of snub-nose pliers and try that way.
