If your computer is under warranty, contact the Dell Techies to assist in troubleshooting this issue and to arrange for the keyboard to be replaced.  If your system is not under warranty, you can still have Dell do the repairs, and a Dell Techie can give you more info on the cost of "out-of-warranty" repairs.  You can also purchase the keyboard yourself from Dell Spare Parts and install it yourself.  Or you can take the computer to a local computer shop and have it done for you there. 
 
You cannot change out one key on a laptop keyboard.
