STUDIO 1558 BATTERY
I'm using Dell Studio 1558 model with 6 cell battery. Planning to buy a 9 cell battery. I want to know whether the same AC ADAPTER can be used for both the batteries or should I buy a compatible adapter for 9 cell?

Hi Ameesh M,
Dell Studio 1558 does support 6-cell and 9-cell Battery. The system also supports 90/65 Watts E-family adapter AC Adapter.
If the Adapter you are using is a 90/65 Watts. Then the system should be able to charge the battery.
