Switching Keyboard Functions
When I press SHIFT+2 it yields (") and when I press SHIFT+' it yields (@). It seems like the 2 functions have switched. How do I correct this?
Also, when I press SHIFT+3, it yields (£) instead of a hashtag.

It appears that the default language layout of keyboard on your system have changed. You may refer to Microsoft article to change it back to desired layout : http://bit.ly/91IGJm
