The OS disk will, the drivers and utilities disk might (if the drivers for the system were on that disk, but they can be downloaded online and burned to a CD or usb key), then application cd would be usable but you may not need it..Depends on the application :)

Was there a Dell - Ownership Transfers ?
If yes, then if you live in the United States, Request Backup Disks USA if in another Country, contact Dell Tech Support in your Country.
