System components doesn't show display?

Question

I was trying to up my resolution and found that my system components does not show any display. How can this be. I am using this laptop right now. I also only have 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768 available. How do I change this so that I can plug in my new monitor and use it with my laptop. I have a Latitude D600. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appriciated.   Brent

What do you mean it does not show any display? In Device Manager you mean?

I'd suggest reinstalling the graphics drivers off the Dell website for starters, to see if that helps?
