You system should be easy to clean out the dust without taking it apart.

You fan intake is on the bottom and the radiator is accessable from the back.  Using a can of compressed air, blow out the radiator, which can be done from the back of the notebook, and blow out the fan, which can be done from the bottom of the notebook.

One more thing I forgot to mention above, sound of the cpu fan is too high during system freezing.

One thing to check is to make sure that your system is not full of dust.  Dust/animal hair/etc. can clog the cooling system and not let air through.

support.dell.com/.../cpucool.htm

There is a radiator like device that can and get clogged with dust.

Thanks for the advice. But I am not confident to do this job myself. Is there any other option??Can I get support from dell service centers without extending warranty??I need to fix this problem asap. The fan sound is clear..i think the problem will be with heat sink as you mentioned.

If it is dust in the cooling mechanism, you can perform this easily.

Without a warranty, if you call Dell, they will charge you for just the call and then extra to fix it.

Here is a video that shows you how you can easily clean out the dust.

thanks again..let me try this one..One more question, Is there any particular method to confirm that the problem is with dust??I can hardly feel any air coming from the back of laptop(exhuast valve for cpu fan). Does this confirm Dust issue?

If the fan is running at full RPM and you still feel very little air, then my first inclination would be dust or something else interferring with the cooling system.

I have even seen cat hair clogging one.  A simple blowing of air wouldn't have fixed that one.

Ok.Then how can I fix that problem??I called Dell Support they told me it requires 274$ for fixing .I cant afford that much money for this.

go to support.dell.com ..download the latest BIOS update..NOTE: make sure battery and charger are both connected when you update the BIOS..after the said update download the latest Video, sound and chipset drivers...also try to clean the ventillation of the system to ensure nothing blocks the air passage....

you dont have to worry.. you can

download the instruction guide from the suport website how to disassemble the the unit...

If the issue is a clogged cooling system, updating the BIOS will not fix your notebook. There is always a chance that the BIOS update will fail and if that happens, your notebook will cease to operate and you will need a new motherboard.   There are times when a BIOS update is necessary to fix an issue, but it should never be the first thing to do.

This video shows an extreme case of dust on the cooling system.  It is not for your notebook but I want to show you what it might look like.

When this system gets hot and freezes, is the notebook on a solid base and not sitting on bed covers or something similar?  The air intake for that notebook is on the bottom.  If that is blocked, it defeats the ability of the cooling system to work.
