System Password Broblem

Hi Every one

can anybody help me 

my laptop "Inspiron m5030 "was locked and I have This screen "enter system password"
and after enter wrong password 3 time I've this

"system locked"
Service tag :
PPID : CN0C8PJJ701660AG01YHA00

what can I do??

plz help

Please private message us the snapshot of the error message and the following registered owner details so that I can check and assist you further.

  1. First Name
  2. last name
  3. Shipping address
  4. Primary Phone.
  5. Alternate phone Number.
  6. Date of purchase.

Please reply with the details.

name and shipping address here in Egypt or where? I bought this lap from Egypt

If you're the registered owner of the system, use the address that's on record with Dell.

If you're not, you need to contact the registered owner of the system to initiate a transfer of ownership before Dell will assist with the password issue.

How can I know registered owner??

I Bought from computer mall.

Is there any information  on laptop for that??
