Please follow below mentioned steps to update the cyber link power DVD application:

• Click on Cyber link Power DVD in the upper left hand corner. This will open the About Power DVD window.
• Click on Upgrade in the lower left hand corner of the About Power DVD window.
• Click on Critical Update for Power DVD.
• Follow the prompts to finish downloading Cyber link Power DVD.
• After that I would suggest you to update the video drivers from the below mentioned link: http://dell.to/Qnizfs

In case the issue still persists, would recommend you to uninstall Cyber link from Add and Remove programs. In case you have a Cyber Link DVD you can install it from the DVD, otherwise follow below mentioned steps:

• Go to Dell’s Support Website:  http://dell.to/9Bx54
• Click “My Account” in the upper right corner and sign in with your Dell My Account in the popup box that appears on the screen.
• Under “My Software” section on the right side of the page, click "Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads)".
• Click the check box that agrees to the “Terms and Conditions” of  My Dell Downloads website and click “Register System” at the bottom of the page.
•  At  “My Download Locker” page, select your computer and download “cyber link software”.
•  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

This is the funny thing......I read about that (upper left hand corner of  DVD application) and I don't have that.

At times that particular option is hidden sometimes, so you can uninstall/re-install the application.

I am in the process of  registering my system on the Dell website to get to the my downloads storage locker to re install the Cyberlink software, however, I am at about 45 mins and it still hasn't finished or given me the locker.
