Touch Screen automatically touches itself !!!

Question

Hi,

I am using Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1 laptop for last 2 months. It is a nice laptop to use. :emotion-1:

But I have an issue now. It is that the touch screen touches itself automatically on the left side of the screen over top to bottom. It occurs occasionally and it is annoying. I can't control the mouse when it occurs. When I restart the system, it stops.

I can't find any solutions for that. I did calibrate also. It didn't helped.

It touches all over the left portion without gaps. Does anyone knows how to solve this issue ?

Please kindly help me out for this issue ....

Hi, it might be worth reading and posting here as a lot of other people are facing this issue. We must get Dell to find a solution or recall these laptops, or otherwise refund it's affected customers.
