Touch Screen for Vostro 3500

i bought a vostro 3500, last June, i would like to know how can I get it to be a touch screen.
is there a software/hardware that I can install to make the screen touch.

It'll cost you whatever the display panel plus the digitizer would - plus you lose your warranty. New, the parts will run well over $500.
If you need a touch-panel notebook, sell what you have and buy a new one - it's just not cost-effective to upgrade what you have when you factor in voiding the warranty in the process.
