I see that you have tried most of the steps to disable touch on your laptop. However you can go to device manager and you will find a list of Human Interface Devices. You need to disable and check if touch stops working. Make sure you enable the device if that’s not the right driver. You can follow this link as well.

i have tried this step also but it is not helpful for us
