Let me know the system model and the operating system(64-bit or 32-bit) installed on the system so that I can help you in a better way.

If the touchpad was working properly few days back, you may perform system restore. For more information on system restore click the link mentioned below:

NOTE: System Restore will remove the applications installed after the restore point. It will not delete data from the system.

That solves everything, thank you.

I think problem was a Java update.
