Touchpad Scrolling Functionality

We received new Latitude E6500's last week, and I am now working to create a standard install image for these machines, but have been unsuccessful in getting the scrolling functionality on the touchpad to work.  I've downloaded the driver from Dell's website, and have gone to Synaptic's website and downloaded a driver from there, but I still have no scrolling.

Does anyone know what I'm missing?
