I have a Dell Inspiron 5548 and I accidentally deleted my touchpad synaptics. I have been looking everywhere for a new driver and I have not found one. When I go into mouse properties I notice that there is no touchpad tab. I am unable to use two finger scrolling, and gestures, so you can imagine how tedious using the touchpad is.
The touchpad driver for this particular model is not available for Windows 10 operating system. I would suggest you to install the below Windows 7 driver in compatibility mode.
