Hi,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS and touchpad drivers on the system for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below and click on ‘Get drivers and downloads’ then download the BIOS from BIOS section and touchpad driver from ‘Mouse, Keyboard & Input Devices’ section onto the system and install it.

Please let me know if this helps.

i Have Also Disabled Force Driver Signatures and it has still failed i tried installing a older version and it says ready to use but when i try to use my track-pad is doesn't light-up or anything
i am Running a alienware m17 r5

Hi,
Please let me know what error message you are receiving when you try to install the driver.
Also, please right click on the touchpad driver and click on “Run as administrator”.
