USB Drive Problem

Hello,
 
I have a Giga Bank 4 GB USB drive made by a company calle I/O Magic.  Out of nowhere, it simply stopped working. If I plug it into my USB drive, the Giga Bank device does not light up, nor does my computer seem to recognize it. I have some crucial documents saved on this device. I would greatly appreciate any and all help and suggestions.
 
I have an Inspiron 600m. I have also tried the device on several other computers (Dell and non-Dell) and can't get it to work.

Thank you for using Dell's Community Forum.

First, the device is a 3rd party one, so I am not sure what help Dell would be able to provide with regard to it. Secondly, if the device does not work on other known good systems, then the drive is very likely broken. You could contact one of the many data recovery companies in regard to retrieving your data.
