USB's stopped working
Hi Everybody. Sorry. I'm new and stupid but my USB's stopped working on my Dell E6400. I tried to download the fix and it says my computer does not meet the requirements. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. And I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong category. Told you I was stupid.

I did what you told me to do and it did not fix it. Its like all the USB ports don't recognize anything i stick in any of them. It's weird because they all worked last week and just stopped.

Hi ,
I would like to know if these USB devices work on any other system. And May I know the if any software changes were made to the system ,if so then try rolling back to last known good configuration by restarting the system ,after which keep on tapping the F8 key to go to advanced boot options then click on last known good configuration .
If there are any more queries do reply to this post ,we will resolve them for you .

Thank you Jennifer for your help but none of it works. One morning I came upstairs to the computer and everything was working for about 5 minutes. Then it stopped. The two devices I was using is my Iphone plugged in, and wired mouse. Strange but the USB will charge the phone but wont recognize the phone. Now every five minutes a warning pops up in the bottom right corner and says usb has stopped working or error and does not recognize the devise. I wish you could remote connect with me and fix it.
