Vertical and Horizontal lines
I paid over $3000 for my lap top a few years ago and right when my warantee expired my lcd started going bad. I have tried to contact Dell but with no luck, it seems that if your warrantee is expired they dont want to talk to you so I have started this please show your support and sign. I love Dell and can't believe they would treat there customers like this.
Sincerely,
Tom

I don't understand why you are complaining and posting petitions. If your warranty is up, you can choose to pay Dell for support (not a good choice) or take it to a local computer shop to get it fixed. Personally, I would look into buying a new computer since what you might have to pay would go far on a new one. They are so much cheaper than $3000 now. You can buy new for $700. Remember laptops don't last as long as desktops and are usually not worth fixing, especially after 3 years or more.

The main fact is because it is a problem that is occuring too often and the customer service issue. Pay for customer service! You got to be kidding me there
