VGA driver

I reformated my vostro 3500 and having problems finding the correct driver for a VGA Graphics Adapter. It is listed under Display Adapters in my device manager as a Standard VGA Graphics Adapter with a yellow question mark displayed on it. When displaying the driver the status reflects "This device cannot start (code 10). I have tried to update the driver, also remove and reinstall. Someone please help me resolve this issue.
