Video problem on hibernate

Have a strange problem with video and hibernation on my 9400 / GMA 950. I have it all set to maximum resolution, and my desktop icons are all organized. When I go to hibernation mode and come back, the video seems to go to 1024x768 or some thing, for an instant before it goes to maximum resolution. All is fine except now the icons on the screen start about 3 inches above the taskbar. I can arrange by type, and they all go back to utilize the full screen. This does not happen on normal shutdown/restart or on standby. Things that make ya go hmmmmm...

Solved the issue. If I use a background of 1024x768 and stretch it to the 1450x900, when you resume from hibernate or standby, the screen pops up with the resolution of the background. Then the icons are set to that screen. When the 14x9 screen pops in, the background is good, but the icons stay at the 1024x768 locations. When i deleted the background the problem goes away...go figure. Seems to me that it never did that unitl I upgraded to the newest drivers.
