Video screen four fold!

Question

Hello all. This is surprising. All of a sudden my Inspiron B130 developed this video problem, in that the screen got repeated four times on the screen. In other words, the desktop is four times smaller but it is repeated four times on the screen, left to right, up to bottom. I have never seen anything like that. I reformatted and reinstalled but same thing. Even the Bios screen is miniaturized and displayed four times. However, image in an external monitor is OK, only on the laptop screen. I guess it is a hardware problem, but does anybody have any idea or suggestion? Thanks in advance, Juan.
