Vostro 1500

Here are the specs of my laptop

Dell Vostro 1500

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T7500 (2.2GHz, 4MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB), Genuine Windows® XP Professional

15.4 inch Wide Screen XGA LCD Display with TrueLife

2GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz, 2 DIMM

8X CD/DVD+RW Read and Burn CD and DVD

256MB NVIDIA® GeForce™ 8600M GT

160GB Free Fall Sensor Hard Drive, 7200RPM

85 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery

Ok. This summer I am going on a month vacation to Europe and I am bringing my laptop with me. There is a problem though. In Europe the power is different. Now I looked at Dell's page where they list the power accessories, but I couldn't find the power cord and all the stuff for European type of power... Any ideas on how to get the cord or the battery charger so I can use my laptop over in Europe?

The adapter will be able to handle any voltage and frequency you are likely to encounter anywhere in the world, so it is not going to be a problem except for the shape of the power outlets.  Go to a store like Radio Shack and get a socket adaptor so that you can plug it into the european wall sockets and then you should be able to plug your power cord into this adapter.

No, don't get any voltage transformers.  Your AC adapter can deal with all the voltages you are going to deal with in Europe.  It is only the shape of the wall outlets that is different and you just need a plastic adapter that will allow you to plug your AC adapter in at one end and will plug into the european wall sockets at the other end.  Take a look at the following link:  http://www.voltage-converter-transformers.com/plugadapters.html

I don't know what you refer to as "this" in your message.  What you need is VP-3 through VP-116 on that web page.  Just choose the plug appropriate to the part of Europe you will be going to.
