I believe this is a design issue and a problem on Dell's side. Looking forward to see what the company is willing to do for its customers and hoping I won't have to pay a few hundreds myself to get it fixed.
Dell rarely responds to issues like this here on these message boards.
If you expect a Dell response, you will need to contact them by other means.
These message boards are for fellow Dell owners to help each other.
I have suffered with the exact same problem and am aware of others who have also had the same problem with the v13. Am not under warranty and will be contacting Dell shortly to hear their response. Am not hopeful though.
