warranty problem
12-th of November 2013, I bought dell inspirion N5110 (i3-2350M, ATI 6470). A right hinge got loosen (broke). Device was sent to Nepo system Beograd server (name of distributer is EWE COMP). Their response was to take away my guaranty warn because of physical damage. Once again, the device has been using correctly, it has not been falling or doing anything to cause damage, which can be seen by the outer appearance. I think that the hinge loosen because of the bad construction solution. The physical damage did not occur by our fault, and it is not the reason to take away our guaranty warn.
I WOULD LIKE YOU TO HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS MISSUNDERSTANDING. Thankful in advance Goran Vršac - Serbia.

On your device has been found physical damage of the right hinge and lower plastic case (pictures are attached in this mail). The device is automaticly took off waranty, if some physical damages are found. Unfortunately, we can not repair the device under waranty.
Right hinge and lower plastic case need to be replaced.
The price of the new hinge is 3000 dinars.
The price of the new lower case is 6000 dinars.
The price of upgrading spare part is 1000 dinars. Expected deadline of maturing is 15 working days.

(Since, I am already shot down from the garanty warn, I had to open lap-top by myself. I came to conclusion that the hinge has been too tight , so it separatet itself form the lower plastic case.)
