Hi,

Checked in MaxxAudio website for information on compatibility ,Coudnt find anything about Windows 10.

I believe your laptop is one of the special edition machines, Need to wait till the finished product is released.

Thanks

Hi,

Today, the 29th of July, I upgraded my Latitude to Windows 10... and guess what.. the might Maxx 4 is not working.

Specifically, the Realtec Manager still has MAXX 4 Audio and Equilizer buttons, but nothing happens.

My Latitude now sounds like a toybox, very sad.

Really, Gokul, we need to wait and hope for Wave Maxx to enlight us all? And Dell, after having struck a partnership deal with them, is happy to sit and wait as well, while angry customers will pile up as Windows 10 installs get underway?

Shame on you, DELL.

I spent ages trying to work out how to fix the same problem, someone posted a solution on another thread so in case you haven't sorted it yet...

Control panel ->uninstall programs-> uninstall all Realtek drivers -> download this driver ...

Install, then restart when prompted.

Unfortunately the equaliser still doesn't show up, but it makes the sound normal again. Hopefully Dell will sort that out soon.
